LLS offer sessions on the following days:

 

Tuesday to Friday - 10am to 2.30pm (Lunch 12 - 12.30pm) £70 per session

Evenings  - Thursday - 5:30pm to 8:30pm £50 per session

                 

Saturday morning - 10am to 1.00pm £50 per session

These classes tend to be informal. Students can come as regularly as they please and classes are paid for by session. Materials are not included, but can be sourced.

• Bending sides & installing kerfing / blocks

• Installing bindings• Dovetails• Neck construction

• Fitting the neck joint• Finishing process

• Set up

 

From raw wood to strings ... you’ll end up with your own handmade guitar.​

+ Materials, typically around £550 for a high quality acoustic.  Materials can be paid for as you progress through the course.

 

The time to complete a guitar depends on the instrument complexity and skill level, but attending once per week can see a standard guitar finished in 4-6 months.
